How is everybody doing with their weight during lockdown?

My muscle gain has slowed down due to a lack of gym, but I'm making a lot of healthy meals which is keeping me in check.

Just curious how everyone else is getting on.

Put on a little but feel fitter. Weather has allowed a 2 - 5 mile walk or jog each day.

Waiting for the thread on home boozing to justify the weight gain

I’ve been the exact same weight for ages, it just never changes (9st 4lb at 5’ 7)”. My husband has lost nearly a stone (putting him at 9st 10lbs at 5’ 10”) so I’m desperately trying to fatten him up. God knows what he normally eats at work as he’s walking way less now. Trouble is, the more I feed him the more it makes me want to eat bigger portions too!

Lost a couple of pounds, think I’m generally just eating less as I’m doing less.

Exactly the same. I've been running more often, 10-12km 3 times a week, but not lifting weights in the gym and working from home all day is balancing it out. Probably drinking and eating the same.

Before the lockdown started I was recovering from my accident in january so I had put about a stone on, since about the third week in march I've been cycling regularly and doing a lot more walking and general physical activity (DIY) and have lost about 10lb.

Walking less but gardening like billio due to the fabulous weather so i reckon they cancel each other out.
Eating way less shop bought biscuits and sweet stuff and replacing it with home made scones, biscuits etc.
Net loss about half a stone.

Over the last few weeks I've lost nearly a stone.
I'm drinking like a fish, homebrew beer and cider, due to the nice warm weather and being out in the garden, taking longer doggy walks, but I'm not eating as much.
Probably down to my tum being full of ale and not much room for food !
I then wee it all away.
All a bit strange ..... but twue !!

Lost a couple of pounds. Doing a long walk every day for exercise and drinking a lot less. Always been a social pub drinker and that’s sadly gone for now...

I've gone up a notch on my belt so I'm staying well clear of the scales :D

Lost weight from 3-4 miles walking a day. Helped along by pubs being shut (not a big home drinker) and the likes of Mcdonalds, Subway and KFC being shut.
