So you can travel as many miles/hours you want as long as you keep social distancing. I just had a look at a few live cams... https://www.skylinewebcams.com/en/webcam/united-kingdom/england/blackpool/blackpool.html https://www.skylinewebcams.com/en/webcam/united-kingdom/england/st-ives/porthmeor-beach.html https://www.skylinewebcams.com/en/webcam/united-kingdom/england/brighton/brighton-pier.html Thankfully people haven't listened to the advice and packed out seaside resorts when locals don't want people there.
Well here in Sunny Arnside Cumbria the section of the Prom where walkers etc park is very busy today, on Good Friday , usually one of the busiest days of the year there were 3 cars parked, at least 2 were locals who live on the Prom, today just counted 50....lockdown over as far as visitors to our village are concerned.......and as for social distancing...well, youve guessed it
They won’t yet it’s bloody freezing.... but wait for the good weather... It should also be noted that public toilets are all locked in these places... so if you’ve driven a couple of hours and need to dump...
I’ve done it on occasion if I’ve just set out on a walk where I know I’ll be passing by on the way back, and therefore picking it back up then. I have never left it though. Once again though, many selfish idiots spoil it.
I don’t think even they believed it tbh, it was just to roll out an excuse to someone passing by I expect
Reminds me of the first time I was caught vvanking by my younger sister. She walked into my bedroom without knocking and I was there with my back to her. I just told her I was making the bed as it was the first thing that popped into my head. She didn't buy it at all, went downstairs and told my Dad.
