    There's a lot on Twitter at the moment clamouring for garages/police to search ANPR records of his trip/trips. Now that video of him leaving his house yesterday posted by various news agencies clearly showed his car number plate. All those videos have been edited this morning, blurring it out.

    Yesterday I had some sympathy for Shapps getting it in the neck on behalf of Cummins, but today I had a look at our Grant.
    It is quite shocking reading, henceforth I couldn't care less how much stick he gets, he is a thoroughly unpleasant individual.

    it may surprise you to hear that I don’t sit glued to laptop or phone with a box of tissues at my side. Unlike my good friends on here who do.

    My opinion as you and others ask on this non story is

    bloke with car and a job, drives somewhere safe and isolated so can protect child when ill.-next ? It’s all a waste of news space.

    Many more bothered about this than the verbal abuse Nurses got leaving St James hospital after shifts. More bothered about this than Police being spat at. More bothered about this because of who his boss is.

    You and others know my opinion and just because sycophants keep asking it won’t change. Get a life and make a difference instead of whining on.

    Because laughing at nurses being abused, and police being spat at is funny to you - big man.

    think about it rationally... tight blue jeans, tight white t-shirt, black leather jacket, hankie sticking out of back pocket, hangs out with teenage boys, if they have a problem - he invites them into his office (which very conveniently happens to be a boys toilet), then when problem solved he comes out of the bog with his arm around them and signals to everyone else that life's ok by waving his thumb in the air and saying "heyyyyy"

    And what if the allegations that he went back are true, that he went to Castle Barnard? If they turn out to be true and the government and himself have covered it up, surely that makes both his position and that of many cabinet ministers untenable?
