    Does anybody know who had access to the camera gantry at Oakwell in the mid to late 80s or who signed off for anybody who filmed up there?
    Reason I ask is a few games were filmed by the away team so permission must have been granted to take a camera up there.
    I know the late Steve Rhodes took over filming games in the early 90s.

    Wow i didnt know about that filmed a wedding video in 1984 .

    I would guess that in the 1980's rules wouldn't have been as strict a they are now and someone would be given verbal permission to go on the gantry and not to have to sign for everything in triplicate.

    What has become of Steve Rhodes' videos?

    You should always ask permission before using a gantry.

    They certainly were not as strict in 1977 - a good excuse to watch this one again of someone who had far more balls than I will ever have
