    2 for me
    • One tinned Plumrose sausage (microwaved 20 secs). One slice of white bread with butter & salad cream. Roll bread with sausage inside (instant hot dog ... lovely)
    • Walkers Cheese & Onion crisp sandwich ... I'm assuming in heaven they're on tap

One of my favourites too. In fact reading that quote has enticed me into making one although we only had McCoys cheese n onion in the cupboard. So good I had to have two

Two slices of bread, toasted and heavily buttered with a tin of Sild in tomato sauce in between. Sans tin of course.

I persuaded me mam to make me dripping sandwiches and a flask of cold tea early on when I was underground. Only had one bite and one sip - just awful. That shift dragged on. Sausage butty when I got out on top.
