Hi Regular posters, congratulations on turning a football forum into a political soundbite. If you have nothing to say about Bfc, can you please take yourself and every other regular poster and go and cleanse yourself in the river dearne. Can you please be quiet an allow some of the humour / football posts back on here. 442
Member since 2011. 24 posts. cheers fella lets all do what you want. get stuck in and post something we can all have a crack with!
Tbf, no one is stopping football posts from being posted but given there hasnt been any games since March other things have been more important! And where football posts have been posted they've been replied to.
I'll post pretty much whatever I like. If the thread-starter has a problem with that, he/she/it can raise it to admin and they'll deal with it as they see fit. Cheers. x
I'm just watching the tumbleweed on the site while I wait for the footy. If anyone has anything new to say about football fire away. I know, what's the best food you've ever eaten at oakwell? Will that do? Mine was a pie in 1996.
Mine is probably the mince pies that one of my neighbouring ST holders brings to the Boxing Day games
We have two greater spotted woodpeckers, an adult and young one, on our bird feeder, the adult feeding the other. It's lovely to watch them. The young one has a bright red "cap" and is a very attractive bird. This sort of thing has replaced football which, for the time being, has gone from my mind.
Very strange post, this. Nothing is stopping football posts and if you took everything that’s on here, off here, there wouldn’t be more football posts, there would be no posts.
there ain’t been any fkn football for yonks, so short of repeating the same old **** folk talk about other stuff which we don’t have to keep posting the same Old stuff....oh err wait a minute....
There hasn't been any decent pies since Albert Hirst stopped supplying Oakwell. For what it's worth I used to enjoy a warm Albert Hirst pie from the kiosk just behind the old Brewery Stand.
ooo lovely and all that juice trickling down your chin while you were trying to hold a cup of that boiling red stuff they used to sell as tomato soup!
I know there hasn't been much football but other forums are managing pretty well - Sunderland for example. The system they use (not 442) is having a board dedicated to football, which is very busy, and separate boards for other topics. I think that is quite a good set up and one we discussed and voted on some time last year.
