Help anyone please.

I have an ifollow account which I can log into on my computer, but when I try to logon on my firestick (which is the device I want to input my code and watch the matches from) it does not work (just returns to sign on page).

Any help appreciated.

 

You mean it wont let you sign in or it wont let you put your code in?

 

I can't sign in.
I have also followed @JamDrop guide and created a different ifollow account and it still wont let me sign in on firestick.

 

I’m considering the Laptop / HDMI route.

Can someone clarify if the code needs to be typed into the exact browser that will be used for the streaming?

There seems to be a preference for Firefox.

 

I couldn't give you a 100% answer on that, we just know it has to be one device only. One browser only? Unsure. To be safe, maybe input the code using the browser you prefer (Firefox is the best for iFollow, do NOT use Safari) and then try on another. You'll know you've got it on the first one regardless.

 

We still haven't received our codes. I think the problem might be I'm registered but no longer a season ticket holder as I take my 2 disabled grandsons and use there carers ticket. I tried registering 1 off my grandsons last night and that went ok but didn't ask for his season ticket number. Do you think there codes will be posted?

It’s certainly not clear regarding “single device”. Maybe they are just covering themselves.

Normally, there is a restriction for only streaming to one device at a time, but who knows.

 

Didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Signed in; entered the code; got an email receipt for £0.00. Tried to play the Cardiff highlights and got offered a paid subscription.

Not sure what I have done incorrectly.

Highlights are still paid for I believe. Are you able to watch full match replays? (Go to fixtures and then click to watch one of them).

 

I'm in the same boat as this too, post has been delivered and still no code.

I'll give it until tomorrow's post before panicking though.

But, all I get is a paid subscription offer.

 

You aren’t entitled to the full ifollow package. The link for the Cardiff game is for the full match replay, which is positioned towards the top left of that page. If you can watch that, you’ll be fine for the streams. However, for the rest of this season we aren’t putting anything behind a paywall and haven’t since lockdown.

I’d also like to point out that it appears we are a rare club right now, because not many other clubs look to be offering free streams and refunds. It seems to be one or the other at other clubs.

 

It takes you to the page where the full match replay is. We don’t mention highlights.

Thanks again Andy (and JamDrop). There is a #highlights tag on the end of the URL, I think (which bumped me down the page). Maybe that is where I got confuddled.

FYI, it is now working on my iPad in addition to my MacBook. I settled on Chrome in the end (since it seems to now work).
