I've recently changed my email address and club confirmed they'd updated it for me but i still haven't received my code, what should I do, thank you for any help.

Schoolboy question , it refers to a test video to try the registration and it’s against Cardiff, I can’t see it anywhere?

Not sure if anyone in the same boat as me. But, I haven’t had mine or my son’s codes through neither by email or post (nor did I get the ST renewal correspondence but that didn’t bother me as I was able to draw all the information from here).

However, I went into my eticketing account to check my email address was correct, and it is, but my contact preferences I had only ticked the ‘text messages’ box and unticked postal and email years ago.

Got a bit stuck for ideas now...

Anyone had similar problems?

I wouldn't worry about what is ticked and what isn't. It seems they only used those preferences for ST renewal information (and any marketing) but sent anyone who had a registered email address the code (and everyone else a letter). I'm not sure how that has worked out in you not getting one, or why they will send it for some things and not others. I would wait and check the post tomorrow.

 

Strange isn’t it. But inspired by Biglil’s out of character strop, yesterday, if I see that Paul Conway, I’m going to wait til he’s not looking and very quickly and discreetly stick my middle finger up at him before he turns round.
That’ll teach him.
In fact, I am that angry, I will probably end up doing nothing and renewing our tickets on payday, next a Friday.
I’m clearly not one to be messed with eh...

Ok, I have my code. I just need to decide which device I'm going to use. I've tried my phone (good quality, tiny screen) and I've tried my smart tv via a chromecast from my notebook (acceptable quality, bigger screen). The latter looks preferable, but can anyone tell me if the quality is likely to be any worse while watching a live stream than it would be watching a video that already exists on the website? Assuming no loss of quality due to the increased volume of viewers, that is.

Also, if the game kicks off at 3pm, how soon before that does the stream start? What time do folks log on?

I set my mum up with her iFollow account. Got her to download Chrome on her ipad. Tested it on my ipad and worked fine. Then logged out of her account on all devices. When she tested the login on her iPad (I watched her do it on Zoom, exactly how I did when it worked fine), and on the left you have the sign in option and the right the register option. She filled in the sign in section. That bit then disappeared and the page just showed the register now option on the right. It didnt log her in as it should have. Anyone any ideas? It's not her account as I can log in to it on my iPad fine.

 

I subscribe monthly to ifollow anyway, do i still need the code to watch the matches or can i just open the app as normal and watch it? I have received the code but cant see where to put it in? Im wondering because come matctime i dont want to switch on and be messing about. Cheers.

 

If you login and then follow the 'more iFollow guidance' there is an option to put in the code.
