Yes they were praying, at a civil rights rally in Birmingham Alabama I believe, just before they got arrested. So yes it was related to racism then and very pertinent to todays protests. Raab is an idiotic buffoon, game of thrones my arse, he didn't even know how important Dover was to our import/export market was when he was foreign sec, so it seems he hasn't much idea about anything, perfect qualifications to be part of this government.
maybe its because many of them play cricket rather than football... take my mate for example,he is half german and half pakistani. His lad has just taken (last year) a scholarship with yorkshire cricket club..Many indian/pakistani people have very little interest in football but are cricket mad i do realise there are other'ethnics' but this is my opinion regarding lads from the indian sub continent.. i went on holiday to india for about twenty years and even tho football is growing(premier league and fa cup matches on satelite telly) its miles behind cricket ,even a local cricket knockabout draws crowds.
I wouldn't do it, nor would I expect the team to. Just a personal opinion, they could do if they wanted to but wouldn't expect it of them. If the slogan had been #AllLivesMatter then it resonates more with me, again just my personal opinion. It lost its focus with me when tens of 1000's of people were in cities across the country stood shoulder to shoulder ignoring any social distancing only on the same week raising the BAME people were more at risk from Covid-19. It also lost focus with me when the protests decided they were perfectly allowed to take the law into their own hands, assaulting our emergency services and causing criminal damage. Each to their own though.
So you’re saying they were good managers? I did say on a serious note after, geez, another one who’s lost his sense of humour.
They're absolutely mad about cricket in India. Crowds everywhere following the players, kids with a bat and ball in the same way other countries kids have a football
So that's one of the points, ok, get what your saying although still don't personally agree, and you are entitled to your view. As for the other points?
So if there were no protests, the slogan was # all lives matter and no criminality you'd have what? Shown support how?
So you're saying black players don't fancy management, and that's the explanation as to why we see so few black managers? I reckon women just don't fancy being paid as much as men, and kids in China prefer making iphones to enjoying themselves
