    I think my main issue was trying to login every time it says I'm not, and then been asked for the code again. A similar problem I have with other sites too (click on a link in an email to direct content, the page directs you to the companies home page, login and direct to their portal and not the page you initially clicked). Expecting that I tried to be two steps ahead but was miles behind.

    That happened with me too. After 5 hours of messing around I downloaded Firefox browser .... Tried that and BANG I'm all sorted.

    Helen someone on Tykes Talk is saying their having trouble with hotmail.com accounts and they are posting out codes and also phoning where there is a number available

    Thanks for thinking of me, Andy's sorted it. They had my email right so I'm not sure the problem but I've got it all loaded onto the firestick ready for Saturday.

    I can't seem to log on to https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk with Firefox but can with Chrome. The login section of the screen just goes white after pressing "sign in". Edit: Changed the Firefox privacy settings from custom to standard, which allows the brief bouncing ball after the login screen, and things to work as they should. (always had a popup exception for BFC site before). Now, if I change back to custom settings and clear all cookies, I can login ok, which seems weird.

    I'm having trouble! I received my code okay but when I try to complete the registration form for iFollow it doesn't accept my email and states it is unavailable despite me logging into my account with the same email.
    I have contacted emailifllow but no response and I haven't been able to find the live chat option.
    I have also tried to phone BFc but can't get through.
    I've tried changing my password but the problem won't allow me to log on to iFollow.
    I've also posted something similar to this on the club Twitter account a couple of hours ago.
    Has anyone any ideas please.

    Id be lost without this thread and forum. I have put in my code, is their anyway of knowing looking on my ifollow app that the code entry has been succesful. Im overly excited for saturday and need to be sure it will work, got my dad and my kids all relying on it? Thanks.

    Hi mate. Your solution to this isn't going to work. And it's spectacularly not going to work. And just because it works for you is not a reasonable argument that it should work for everyone. And for anyone reading this, the club are desperately trying to help you, they really are, they're not trying to annoy you, they're genuinely trying to assist, they just don't employ anyone who could have thought this through. And to BFC, you really should, if you employ the right person, it would pay for itself in 24 hours. Get some professionals in guys.

    EFL data suggests that we are one of the most successful clubs in the division with regards to the percentage of redeemed codes at this stage. I’d put a lot of that down to the myriad articles on the topic and of course, a number of staff going the extra mile. Has it been perfect? Not even close. Frustrating and hours of hard work? Yes. Lots of learning as we go along? Absolutely.

    I think plenty on here will testify to that.

    But do feel free mate to actually explain what you think I did wrong.

    You need to try watching one of the full match replays. On the app, go to matches then results and then click full replay on one of them (it needs to be a full match not highlights as the latter are only for people who have the full, paid for, iFollow subscription).

    Thanks mate. She tried Firefox too but still not working. She's going to try firestick today. Bit of a joke really. 5 hours is about right!

    Update, visited the Club Box Office this morning. The member of staff was very helpful to us both (sorry don't know her name). My wife is up and running.
    It must have been/ is, stressful for the staff dealing with this issue, so congratulations and well done to everyone involved in helping us all.

    I've had problems like others.
    I've tried on the Firestick with the default browser and it doesn't work. It will not load the videos and directs me to use the app instead.
    I then tried to use Firefox on the Firestick, this just loads to a white screen and won't log me in.
    The default browser on my Smart TV does the same.
    Finally tried it using my sons laptop running windows 10 with Firefox, this worked. I've connected it to the TV using HDMI, so fingers crossed it should now be ok.
