Unfortunately for you pal Vicky isn't ringing fans, it's just the players :D In all seriousness though I think those at Oakwell who aren't players would actually be more interesting to talk to. Our media trained players aren't likely to say much that's interesting having to tow the company line.

There’s nothing interesting. It’s completely random. But I said I’d ask.

Can anyone clarify whether the 4 game flexi ticket is only for league games or can be used for cup games too? The original article on the club website says ‘any 4 home games’ but now on the box office page it’s ‘any 4 home league games’.

Already ordered mine but seems like it’s a bit pointless now as I’ll have a season ticket anyway...

I'm not really sure why but I find the fact it's completely random just as interesting as if there was a system.

    Also appreciate you asking

The club have said they can’t be used for cup games due to the shared revenue scheme with whoever we play. League games only.

Thanks, shame but I guess if those are the rules there’s not much the club can do about it

That sounds like a feeble excuse. There is no revenue from a free ticket so not sure why it would be a problem.

Edit: Maybe they think they would lose revenue by thinking people would have paid to watch if they hadn't got the free ticket

I would guess rules exist to stop clubs giving away "free" tickets for cup games. Otherwise it would allow clubs to do this as a means to circumnavigate splitting the revenue.
