went to a pub the day before yesterday. Wasn’t planning to, but it was really quiet, and it was sunny, so we decided to get a drink and sit outside. All good. Ordering systems in place, seating well separated. We were asked to fill in the track and trace form, and leave it in the box, before we left. We agreed, and I started to look for a pen. Except that because I’ve not been at the office for a while, I didn’t have a pen in my bag. My other half definitely didn’t have a pen.
So we asked the staff for a pen. They had run out of pens.
So, in spite of trying very hard to stick to the rules, we failed on the first attempt, due to no pen.

Track and trace .... utterly ineffective.

That's why we're going down. We don't get enough pens.

Reason I'm not going to pub anytime soon. It's not worth the risk of unnecessary time off work.

There will come a point where HR teams start clamping down again. They're already arranging tests for your third days isolation as it is to avoid **** takers.
