..... and when that player needs 3,4 or 5 touches before steadying himself to release the ball then the opportunities are often long gone.
I know he’s a fans favourite along with Brown BUT
I wouldn’t bat an eyelid if either of these players left the club.
They are not Championship quality players.
Which is a huge pity - because we have young players that on the whole are lookIng really good.

If we were looking like staying in the championship then I'd 100% agree neither are good enough but the fact it's league 1 next season then both are at their level really.

I think the last few games have certainly passed those 2 bye.
Mowatt's probably been trying too hard and Brown needs to find his true position that he can affect games from.

I agree Nudge and that is one of our many problems as he doesn't know how to move things forward. I can't get excited at any set piece he takes because they are always poor. He never looks like scoring or getting an assist. He's perfect as a pandemic captain because he's so quiet on the pitch his droplets aren't going to be a danger to anyone.

Government don't want us shouting loudly because of the droplets people spray hence why loud music or TVs aren't allowed in bars. Well it's fine with us because Mowatt is silent as a mouse for a so called captain.

I'd say that they are both very good league one players so I would be looking to keep them both.

Mowatt is slow but the glue that holds us together.

Brown is excellent at times but his touch is so inconsistent thaat he will never make it higher than this level.

Styles and Chaplin are League 1 players.

Ludewig may make it if he bulks up. Champ level.

Odour and Simoes could be good - but they need to work hard cos they have talent.

Andersen and Halme might make it all the way - despite us suffering by their learning

Mowatt has been trying too hard..... seriously!! We’re bottom of league, absolute gash but Mowatt has been trying too hard!! Maybe look at Bahre, Ritz.. whatever his ******* name is, what a strange
thing to say. Maybe his desire is far greater than the below average ***** around him.

Nailed on, he’ll move to a L1 team though cos he’s not good enough for champ.
When we sell him for £3 million it’ll not be enough for an average L1 player
