    Think Bundasliga operates 51% rule from memory. Real and Barca particularly Real get propped up by the state but are technically both are members clubs I believe.

    Both Spanish clubs have fans who pay yearly for the right to vote on who runs the club. Real only Club in world who can’t ever go bankrupt as are propped up by Spanish Royal Family
