    Said it on another thread. Rather have Charlton win. Look at the difference in goal diff. We just have to do our business of course but finish level points with Charlton and we will never match their goal diff.

    Why would u want Charlton to win... That would put both of them on 49 points... And us 6 points behind before we play Leeds

    I wanted Brentford to lose today, as Leeds would be as good as up then. Only two defeats for Leeds & two wins for Brentford would stop it. A point would be enough for Leeds would be enough for promotion vs us, which might make them more cagey.

    Of course Brentford are winning...

    Cos I think the last place will go down to goal difference. So yep, if we lose and win last 2 against hopefully weakened sides then we would have a good shout of bettering their goal difference but certainly not Charltons. That's my thinking

    I also expect them to lost to those, however if they did say beat Wigan we would be in trouble.

    I expect Brum to lose all their remaining matches.

    OK massive task for the reds, but barring that I don't think the rest of the scenario is bonkers.

    If Brum did win today, consider them safe, and I see Charlton turning Wigan over...
