    I think I’ll apply to sit on their panels and make them aware of their public perception as kangaroo courts in the pockets of the big boys.

    me too, it does look a decent gig, although I don’t think they’d entertain an oik like me from outside the magic circle :D

    Problem is the EFL are only supposed to manage and uphold the rules it’s the members who actually decide on the rules by voting for them. Gibson tried bringing something in about FFP but was voted down by other clubs.
    Which brings us back to your point about fear factor, there are not enough clubs playing by the rules so will always get voted down.
