Hi, Is there a specific renewal process? I go to the eticketing website and my current seat is available, I assume I missed some deadline? So am I treated now as non-renewal and just go ahead and re-select my seat? I feel the entire navigation of the site from the clubs to the eticketing site is utter garbage, totally confusing and not user friendly or clear at all.
Your seat will have been released after the deadline - there should be a map you can click on to pick your own sear again if you want
Yes, your seat is now available for anyone to buy. If you want the same seat you need to select it on the map when you purchase your season ticket.
