    I didn`t watch all the game last night but from what I saw both Swansea and Brentford didn`t look like Premier teams in waiting.
    I know Brentford have had an exceptional season but wonder if their race is run?
    Thinking about the teams in the play-offs it should give us incentive to kick on next season (if we are in the Championship)
    Not saying that we should be in the play-offs BTW!

    That did used to happen although I cant say if it's still the case.

    Unused parachute payments were redistributed to the remaining teams

    re Play 0ffs - a friend who supports Nottm F. is quite happy they've NOT got into the play offs - not bothered about them getting into the Premiership.
    There seemed to be other clubs who seemed not to be striving as hard as you'd expect to get into the Premiership.

    Fulham beat Cardiff 2-0 in the first leg of the play off semi. Surely they will finish the job
    at Craven Cottage.

    Great result for the neutral, can't believe we did the double over Fulham, think our system suits playing teams like Fulham rather than dirty teams like Cardiff, they scored two cracking goals and look like the team to beat in the play offs now.

    I've never liked Keith Stroud. He was the ref at Ipswich when he should have sent off one of their men before halftime. He got subbed at the break and his replacement got at least one goal if I remember correctly.

    I am surprised Stroud is still on the list.
