There certainly needs to be some sort of reckoning/reevaluation by clubs or even the EFL itself. The whole thing needs a complete shake up. It's a farce.

Sadly if it doesn't directly effect them they aren't interested, self interest is king in English professional football from the boards through to the players. It's a corrupt industry from top to bottom.

    It wont.

Because all the same clubs are only thinking how much they can charge Wednesday fans int their stadiums next year.

    Absolute bottle jobs.

lovely people the lot of them.

This better not be a prelude to what happens to us.

I'm not a fan of violence, but would quite happily be at the front of the ******* queue where the efl is concerned.

    That's the problem.
It'll be interesting if the gravy train of money from sky etc ever drys up, they'll be begging for FFP to bring costs down

Nice idea but the clubs that are safe will be thinking of the advantage for next season so they not gonna kick up this year .

My sympathy is with Charlton who are currently the victims in the farce that gives Wednesday a deduction next season - it is simply wrong! Obviously, if Wigan win, it will be us who are doubly shafted. I don’t expect them to get away with it so I’m really sorry for Charlton & their fans
