    But why should they be relegated and lose 6million and the cheats prosper the point deduction should take place this season. I'd like to know the reason behind it not.

    Footballs ******.

    Seasons finished and we have 4-5 clubs potentially seeking legal action.

    EFL need to sort this farce out so this season is never repeated.

    They only need to implemt the rules that all clubs agreed to.

    I think we should Marlon, Even IF the Wigan appeal fails. It would be good to see a whole host of clubs stand up and be counted here. Maybe a petition to the Minister for sport too.

    This is all I he appeal committees doing . Interfering in how we punish etc .
    They should only be observing due process being properly done not post judging our democratic rules and punishments .

    The reason probably is, that it would cause havoc with the prep for next season, because the Pigs would squeal and appeal.

    The problem is what if the EFL decide Wigans point deduction should also be put in place for next season instead of this one? Maybe unlikely but that's the worry for me haha.

    So Charlton must think Wigan are going down. No point suing to finish 2nd or 3rd from bottom.

    Yep, I just realised this as well.

    It makes me feel more hopeful that cheating Wigan will get their dues.

    I think even if we stay up we should sue to get Wednesday points deducted this year , they deserve to be relegated to Non League
