    Also, aren’t Reading guilty of the same crime as the two clubs?

    Can't understand Birmingham they got deducted points, I think it was last year utd then they did the same thing again which should be an increased deduction but they appealed and won so didn't get anything knocked off, but then the EFL counter appealed and won but can't deduct anything. Who is supposed to be running the efl championship. Its like a stage farce
