I had some ayahuasca and can see round corners. Everything else is TL;DR.

Is it that GG went to chat about outstanding debts to BFC (Moore) on behalf of Conway? GG used to be In the finance industry didn’t he, so might be better placed than Dane to chat about these things?

As a business visit, he circumnavigates quarantine too coming from Belgium.....

Anybody who touches Wigan football club either wants their bumps feeling or needs taking to the asylum. Or both

More plausible than the nonsense they're dreaming up on the Wigan forum.

Depends what state the admins leave them in.

If they can get the NLF debt written off, as they are trying to do, and sell the high earners, they'll be in a decent position to start again. They own their own ground, which opens up more income to them, they own the training grounds and have an academy, which has produced players which in the end helped them reach the end of the season with their sales.

Maybe he's there to put in a sneaky 50k cash bid for Robinson or Morsey!

ffs, Wigan need to move on from this they really do. If we had got 2 more points (by beating Luton or Wigan for example) it would have been a different club finishing 4th bottom. How they fail to see this us beyond me. They've only achieved what they have in the last 15 years BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN LIVING BEYOND THEIR MEANS. Then the owner has pulled the plug. This is all Barnsley fans fault.

Dave Whelan reportedly sold the club for £22M in November 2018, i.e. 21 months ago. So can they have been living that far beyond their means up to then?

Don't know how much Whelan bankrolled the club for before that tbh, but I bet it's more than £22M

That may well be true, but if he's prepared to do that (and clearly he was) then they aren't really not living within their means - so long as he doesn't breach FFP etc, of course.
