    I'm quite relaxed about it. The transfer window doesn't close until October. Personally, I'll be happier if we don't bring in that many players, making it easier for those who do sign for us to integrate easier & quicker.

    In all seriousness though, I don’t think we’re falling behind anyone, there’s not been that much activity I’ve seen of.

    Plus, we always seem to have a mass turnover of players. I’d like us to have a more settled transfer window for once where there’s only a few incomings. 2 or 3 players coming in would do me nicely.

    We'd made twice as many signings as the below teams up until two days ago, with Reading, Huddersfield and Cardiff have signed the same amount as us. Nothing to see here just yet. We're mid table mediocrity on players in, but not on players out which is just as important.

    There has been more activity at Oakwell with our two signings than most of the Championship so far & to be honest I would prefer to see some players being moved out as our squad is top heavy , I do not want to see players brought in for the sake of it or to hinder the progress of Palmer, Wolfe , Moon etc , these young lads need to be brought through .

    Agree. This time last year it was all cries for experience, totally justified then but now I think covered by the players brought in and the "coming of championship age" of most of the younger players.

    Most of the other clubs have a championship standard core group so no need for wholesale changes anyway. The club's I would have expected more activity from would be the ones who struggled, us included. Still a couple of weeks away from the first game so it's not like we don't have time.

    Hopefully they don't fall into the same trap as Fulham last season, thinking we'l be alright after outplaying a far superior team.

    Dane did say main objective was keeping our talented players I’m inclined to agree, new faces are nice but if we sold Mowatt and Woodrow there would be uproar

    I must be in the minority as I expect both players to be with us next season , I think the fact that we retained our position in the championship will influence the players, but there has been no spec about them wanting to leave & no spec about clubs wanting to sign them & with very little movement in the market I remain optimistic .
