So when you say uncontrolled you mean it's uncontrolled as long as they meet the conditions? As I say, I respect your opinion that the freedom of movement controls are insufficient, I simply request that we try not to use misleading and incendiary language when debating that.

 

Conditions set by the eu, which David Cameron asked to be reviewed having acknowledged the groundswell of opposition to it, he was sent packing, hence the brexit vote. When we get automatically driving cars I’d expect to be able to pick the route myself, not to have to take the route programmed in Germany.

There have been people railing against asylum seekers though which is a totally different issue. There's an asylum system in place. Those that don't qualify will be refused asylum. There's no issue.

 

That's a daft analogy. You could just as easily say you want to be able to pick the route yourself, not to have to take the route programmed in London.

Just to add with EU nationals we have always had a right to remove individuals who aren't able to support themselves and to remove those the state (Home Sec) believes isn't conducive to the public good. That doesn't just mean they have to be criminals.
I've removed many EU nationals.
