Huge difference between someone having the opinion that he wasn’t good enough at this level - and another calling a person (and player) sh.it.

Good luck to him, played a big part in getting us back in to the championship with some standout performances.

Never thought following injury that he came back the same player, although the championship is a big step up and you could debate all day on how playing in different positions impacts on contribution.

But said before I'd be quite happy with about £3m plus a very good sell on clause, any less and it's a bit of a steal. Putting my faith in Struber to deliver us what looks like is starting to look a much more solid unit.

As long as we don't now see an exodus in terms of established players leaving, then so be it.

So Jacob Brown has gone and according to some rumours there could be two new players
incoming. At this time we are all now waiting with baited breath to see if any more of our
better players could be offloaded re- Woodrow, Mowatt, Chaplin.

Our supporters have not been allowed near Oakwell for some months now and it just makes
you wonder that when we are allowed to return, how many sick to the back teeth of seeing the
team weakened only to struggle could be tempted to call it a day and stay away.?

 

I wish the lad all the best, he contributed significantly to some memorable games and had the biggest smile on his face ever whilst being sung to in the concourse at Donny

Loyalty may come into play on occasion, but a football career is only so long and if you've not already set yourself up for life you need to get out of it what you can.
