We should expect more from the DCMS & FA soon..... massive lol I should take up comedy!!

My interpretation of the PM’s announcement is:

Playing outdoor football is still allowed
Step 3 & below can continue to have crowds in a ‘Covid secure way’
Plans for crowds in Elite Sport (Step 2 & up) have been delayed, will October 1st still happen??

Im fairly sure October the first will happen in around 3 weeks time

As for how football fans will be affected - 3 weeks is plenty of time for a couple more rule changes - this government dont do planning

    It's a weird step altogether.

Previously indoors say in a pub you were allowed up to 6 people from max 2 households....
Now because some absolute numpties claimed that was too confusing, the new law now allows for up to 6 people, regardless of household.

To me that actually has now relaxed the rules rather than putting the brake on so could lead to wider infection.

Not sure who thought that one through.

Hahaha you think that actually happened - they are just making it up as they go along and being deliberately confusing so that they can blame the population when it all falls apart

    Well I'm forever the optimist.:D
Can't wait to see these Covid Marshalls. I have an image in my head from learning about the black death, where the plague doctors wore the beak masks. So modern day will be beak mask, hi viz and clipboard.

Well, I actually think they need a butt plug, as there was some research from Australia that the 'Vid can be spread through farts.

My daughter has just been told that to get my grandson tested (he’s got symptoms) she can take him to Oldham (turns out not to be available), Whitehaven or Cromer!!
Surely these clowns can’t be allowed to carry on in this way

This is a similar situation to my Son's family the youngest returned to nursery school on Monday developed symptoms in the night, after filling out a long questionnaire there are no tests available, thus a family of 5 need to spend 2 weeks in isolation. What we are told by Coco and reality are a million miles apart.
