Never laid a glove on a side who won’t be troubling the top 16 of this division. Frieser should have scored yes - but what else did we do all game? Concerning for me. We didn’t miss chances, we didn’t create any. Oh well, it’s one game. But it does worry me.
I disagree about Luton not troubling the top 16 - they were superb (bar one game vs Reading) post lockdown and have carried on Where they left off. I think they'll be in for a good season.
Last season we struggled for goals. We've brought players in, not taken the opportunity to play Woodrow where he should be and it looks like another season of struggling for goals. It's all about opinions but iFollow commentary were watching a different match to me talking up the useless Ludewig effort and making our their superb goal calling it a snatch that could have gone anywhere.
I hope you’re right as that would put today into perspective, and I’d also like to see Luton do well so long as it isn’t at our expense, good club. But I can’t see them outside the bottom eight. I don’t think they’ll be bottom three though.
I thought their defenders although physically imposing lacked composure, any prolonged attacking pressure and they would have buckled. It says more about our attacking play rather than their defensive efforts in my opinion of course.
