    Trump now appoints her successor. Imperative that he doesn’t get another 4 years, or the Supreme Court could well be 7-2 Republican.

    My favourite RBG story is when she did an interview and was asked “how many women on the Supreme Court would you say is enough” and she responded “all 9”. When the interviewer reeled she pointed out that for the majority of history the Supreme Court was 9 men and nobody had an issue with that.

    The dangerous cases are the ones that the result of could well allow employer based health insurance to determine what is covered based on the religious believes of the business owner. So if I didn’t believe in birth control, boom. None of my employees have birth control covered.

    Just wanted to add that in the US, abortion includes right up to the point of birth. So if a woman looks at the child when born, says she doesn't want it, the child is allowed to die. Virginia has been one of the flag bearers on this (Governor Ralph Northam). UK has some declared cut-off points during the gestation/pregnancy period. Not sure if this is understood fully.

    I don’t see vigilantes , I see reasonable people protecting their rights property and lives from unruly mobs intent on looting killing and disruption of a lawful society, if you don’t want the consequences don’t break the law

    No it isn't. In fact there are two laws which specifically prohibit it. 24 weeks is usually the cut off

    This is false.

    It varies state to state, with the most common being 20 weeks. 43/50 states block abortion after viability, those that do not are for cases where birth would be very likely to kill the mother.
