I've received my i-follow code for the Coventry match on Saturday.
I had no success at all for the Luton game. All I got was a message saying the code wasn't valid so after umpteen attempts ended up chalking that one off.
Can I try out the new code now and if it works will it remember I've already redeemed it when I log in Saturday?
Not had much success with I-follow tbf so wondering if it's better to try a bit earlier before Saturday's mad rush.
Not sure what I'm going to see even if I manage to redeem it.

If you redeem your code now you will be registered for the match on Saturday

I reckon the sooner you can redeem your code, the better. Anyone leaving it until 5 minutes before kick-off is asking for trouble. The system doesn't seem to cope well with high volume traffic. Apologies if I've got that wrong, or if it's a problem that's now been addressed.

The issue with Luton seemed to be too many people waiting until the last minute to redeem and the system couldn't cope with demand. Redeem your code as soon as you can so if it doesn't work you've longer to sort it. I got my code yesterday and redeemed it already with no issues at all just like the Luton game. If you wait until the day of the game you might experience problems.

There was a STFU button at one point.

Glad that got removed. My mouse clicker would be in pieces at times

Try a different web browser. My Dad had that problem and I found I could duplicate it in Internet Exporer
in fact when I got my code yesterday just as an experiment I tried to use internet Explorer and got the same thing
It works in Chrome, Firefox or Opera - I havent got edge so I dont know if it works with that or not

do you plan to watch on a PC or a mobile device - eg phone or tablet

Id suggest creating the account using a web browser and using that to enter the code - easier on a PC but you could do it on a mobile device once the code is accepted log out and then you can try and use the app to login and see if you can see any existing videos
