Is that it cleared the red cards from Saturday at Reading and as long as the team realise that with a full squad we would have likely still lost, especially when you look at the quality and value that turned out tonight in blue! However it is important that we get back to keeping clean sheets as per post covid and the emotional effects of the defeat does not affect moral. Over to you Mr Struber to earn your wage, a clean sheet at least means a point and one fluke goal means three, just need that bit of luck that we had in the last nine game of last season Hopefully!!!
Only positive for me is they didn’t score more. Abject defending. Schoolboy errors. Half-ar$ed challenges. No marking. No physicality. Toothless in attack. Voldemort playing his Austrian mates. Good players played out of position. Clearly Chelsea are different class, but we can’t even get the basics right. And that’s not a knee jerk reaction to a heavy defeat - nothing’s changed from last season.
The positive for me is that I decided not to bother and so I saved a tenner. The negative is that instead I spent the night watching the David Attenborough documentary "Extinction" on iPlayer, which was far more depressing than seeing The Reds lose 6-0.
If thats true that the red cards are now cleared then that is a massive positive! I didn't realise that was the case at all.
The positive for me is we got an absolute walloping before the transfer window closed. Still time to attempt to fix the issues if the owners wish to.
