    It's time we took a more modern, high-tech approach. All 8,000 season ticket holders get to select the team, formation, and playing style through a series of voting options in the BFC app. Head coaches are so last century...

    Whitey can sort out the access codes at the start of each week.

    Agreed. It’s a fine balancing act.

    Likewise, I believe we were trying to avoid appointments that bring an entire backroom staff with them. That can also be expensive.

    No problem if he leaves,enjoyed end of season and loved his passion but anybody in thier right mind doesnt miss chances like this.Especailly when fans would have been calling for his head if performances didnt improve.This situation might have been in the air some time and what would have been the point of splashing out on a. striker when the manager was expected to leave.There will be a queue a mile long for the job because as ive said before its the best job in the world.

    Assuming the reports are accurate then I agree it could have been a consideration in his decision. He may have chosen to leave irrespective but if we'd strengthened in key areas it may have been a more difficult decision to make.

    That's not to say it's easy to attract players with the wages we can afford and are willing to pay but the failure to strengthen (including most critically imo a replacement for Moore) so far certainly can't have helped.
