If Struber has gone our turnover of managers/headcoach is getting ridiculous

    That's Johnson,Heckingbottom,Morais, Stendel and now Struber in less than 5 years. Although I was not keen on Morais and lto a lesser extent Struber , continuity has become a joke at Oakwell / Grove Street. Two weeks until the end of the transfer window and without a headcoach. ShootING ourselives in the foot again. This is a blow to the players and the fans.

    I agree but not sure what we could have done about this one. If someone meets his release clause and he wants to go we are stuck. I think it is sad if it’s true but I can see why he would want to go
    If we have really a €2 million release clause I don’t think the club have done too much wrong this time

    Old on a minute , we are not sacking these managers , well not all of them , you can blame the club if we are doing a Leeds & constantly hiring & firing but thats not the case

    Policy on managers and players is consistent. The aim is to make money, Johnson, Heckingbottom and now Struber have all left and added funds to the club. Not many other clubs make money from departing managers.

    True but means whoever takes over has just over a week to sign any players needed to keep us in the championship or keep the likes of Woodrow and Mowatt. Unless they promote from within.

    What's the deal with Mowatt ,he's average at best.He's too light weight,gets caught on the ball and falls over his own laces !.

    Thats their choice, sometimes its because they are doing a good job & see it as a step up as with Johnson , Hecky & potentially Struber

    Thing is - we now get our manager poached just for keeping us in this league, when we only stopped up because of off field shenanigins.

    The bar for coach stripping seems to have lowered. Look at our league record this season.

    The thing is, they all make it clear that they are unhappy because they can't get experience/quality strikers etc. and the fans always agree with exactly what they say but then as soon as they leave they get dog's abuse. You can't agree with them and then complain that they left for the reasons you agree with.

    Exactly , we have sacked two which is not what the original op was indicating , managers are like players they come & go but to make out the club were sacking managers every two minutes is wrong

    Non have gone on to to do better things in the long run .
    Managers have done well for us, other clubs poach them and they find they are not the find they thought they were .
