    Got my code from the Club, entered the details, the EFL have taken the £10 and no refund. Credit card confirmed £10 transfer to EFL.

    You need to apply the promo code, then check that you're showing a deduction of £10 and a total to pay of Nil, before you press the Purchase button.

    I think. I've slept since yesterday...

    Sadly I can't because it says I've already purchased to view the game and there is no opportunity to enter the code.

    I did this for the first game. I sent an email to ifollow@efl.com asking for a refund. I sent the emails with the promo code and the receipt along as proof.

    It took about a week but I did get the refund.

    Clicked to use a previous existing pay method and literally confirmed payment instantly but I'd had the option to input any code

    Have emailed them but not sent all the evidence yet.

    Will forward that on additionally

    Its really confusing because the pay stuff appears BEFORE the code input box. Should be other way round and surely very easily sorted.

    Then again this is the EFL we're talking about.

    That's what threw me, also the fact it seemed to be 1-click pay (as I selected to use previous pay info). Didn't have anything to click to actually order, only selected which payment card I was using

    Put code in first and then press pay discount appears and it will tell you to put in your card details.

    That’s how I accidentally bought a match the other day (not one included in ST). It implied there would be a confirmation page with the 3 numbers along the top but it was one click pay.

    I did the same & was charged £10 - I emailed EFL on Friday night (when I did it) & on Saturday morning- has a “holding” return email, directing me to the Live Chat - tried that & waited for half an hour & gave up - not yet had a proper reply to the email

    I got the holding e-mails as well, but did get the refund after 8 days I think.
