    Also, NDAs are standard practice in football. Especially when it comes to sackings or releasing managers and staff, mainly for compensation reasons etc. This isn’t a one off type thing, just for those wondering.

    What worries me is that both coaches jumped at the chance of a move at the first chance. I’d like to know why this keeps happening.

    I’d be intrigued to know what’s discussed on the initial deal when they are appointed because what worries me is the continuity.

    For us to grow in this league we need a settled team and that starts with the head coach and how can that happen when we keep changing him every 6 month?!

    It’s all well and good going for a foreign unknown but all I’ve seen is a way to put themselves in the shop window. The board are not helping themselves by sticking them on short term deals.

    I don’t know what they’re expecting to achieve by this approach, except profit from the release clause

    The NDA (confidentiality) clause in the 'settlement agreement' says they are not allowed to disclose contents or details of the settlement agreement. They can disclose they have signed one, but no more. There is an acknowledgement that common law obligations of confidence must be observed but disclosure to a prospective new employer is permitted. And of course compliance under the requirements of the Public Interest Disclosure Act.

    Didn't they know quite a long time before they sacked him that Stendel had been talking to Huddersfield? They had a long time to prepare that too but took an age.

    Nailed it, players and coaches all in the shop window, its all about making money. Question is at what point if ever do they invest it back into the club or do we remain in a perpetual state of everythings for sale.

    It seems to me as though the coaches come here bright eyed and bushy tailed, doing their best for us, making progress, liking the club and the fans and the way they can improve the tactical side of things.

    Then they find out that the hierarchy don't share their view that the coach's job is about pushing forwards and building on what they've done.

    Instead it's about balancing the books, and even making a few quid if possible.

    Just to point out, he never spoke to Huddersfield. Fact. However certain people abused their power and made out this daft rumour was true. Very disappointing behaviour from club officials.
