Something going off near the petrol station, two fire engines an ambulance, and the police just arriving. Massive queue of traffic caused by the hundreds of people stood taking pictures and videos in the car park.
That’s real sad if true. But 2 fire engines in attendance? And lots of people filming the scene. Now that is just not right.
They were cordoning off the petrol station as I left, and two fire engines were in attendance. Although there was certainly no sight of a fire. I'm sure with the amount of people who were blocking the road with their phones out, it'll be all over Facebook soon whatever it was.
Baffling mate. There was a car indicating to turn left, so I waited for them to turn. When it became apparent they weren't going, I went, then noticed the light on their phone, videoing what was going off. Traffic queuing back up towards town.
I find it absolutely disgusting that the first thing these morons think of is to get their phones out and start filming the scene but unfortunately it just seems to be the way of modern society. Where's the respect when the emergency services are maybe trying to save a person's life.
If it’s a heart attack and they need to use a defib and can’t move the person safely they might need the fire engines in case the electrical current sparks and lights petrol, that’s my guess anyway
Apparently a man has sadly passed away after having a medical episode in his car which required firefighters help to get him out of the vehicle. Terrible news
