    Ritzmaier shouldn't be a 1st steamer, players like mellis, stephen dawson and Wiseman had more influence on games that Ritz total passenger, stealing a living.

    For me Oduor, Halme and Schmidt all need chances which they haven’t had under Struber. Strikers especially cannot perform when they are continually in and out of the tesm

    Glass half full is the only way to maintain sanity. I don't blame people for losing their sh*t with everything going on. But Ritz leaving almost feels like a signing because it will free up space for someone better.

    The players are obviously severely lacking in confidence. Ludewig is a loss imo, but the back five for me is now sorted:
    Walton; Oduor, Helik, Solbaur, Anderson, Williams;
    Midfield: Styles; Mowatt; Thomas;
    Strikers: [insert here] Woodrow? Chaplin? Simoes? Schmidt? Frieser?
    Defensive/midfield back-up: Halme
    Midfield back-up: Palmer; Bahre? Wolfe.

    Granted, if we get any injuries and no incomings we're screwed. But when Struber's out the door hopefully the players can again focus on their performance and getting things right. Just needs to click.

    That midfield three is too light weight and too left footed. That's the biggest area of concern for me. As well as Thomas, because basically if you don't play wingers then there's no point playing Thomas.

    We have strikers at the club who have proved they can score goals in the Championship. They're just massively out of form and in a team that creates minimal chances.

    Maybe we could go more 442. Thomas on one wing, Oduor on the other. Styles and Mowatt in the centre. Styles has to play, first name on team sheet. And cant see us dropping Mowatt unless he's off.

    My biggest worry is if Solly leaves! I hope Bähre comes back into the fold as I rate him - we pass the ball better when he plays

    I think Solbauer is in a bit of a different situation. 29 & unlikely to get the big move. If he's happy in the UK I could see him staying & maybe becoming captain if Mowatt moves on in January, or earlier.
