    Same reason as why you should put milk in after making tea(with leaves), the difference in heat creates a slightly different chemical reaction.

    I’m being serious here for a change.
    My grand daughter has a bad allergy to eggs. Has bad reactions to anything which has eggs in its ingredients.
    But she loves chicken and has no reaction to it.
    Can anyone give a good answer here?
