They look alright!!...I've got to say though the greatest cuisine achievement is the Scotch Pie....about 30 odd years ago a mate of mine shipped Whisky from Scotland on a regular basis...and his sleeping compartment on the home journey was full of Scotch pies for his customers...it was almost like being involved in a smuggling ring!!
I get the people want to Know what a political party stands for etc and have questions of them but to still vote for a party meanwhile that stinks to high heaven of corruption and known to be liars and have failed in every govt dept they’ve been let loose in . Scotland have never asked for ‘this lot in most of their History But time and again England has bestowed it upon them in elections . I can understand why enough is enough for them and leaving the EU one of their allies in an unfriendly alliance they are forced to endure even though Scotland’s never been Tory . Then for these Tory ******** to pass unwanted unfair policies on them that they’d want to rejoin their friends . Looks like we in England are going to have to dwell in our **** and keep restoring lying cheating money grabbing charlatans because of how the vote is geared towards them .
Marlon, you’re preaching to the converted though I’m not as pessimistic for the future as you seem to be. And don’t let Labour off the hook so easily. Listening to a debate this morning between Caroline Flint and Rory Stewart filled me with despair for the party. Flint repreaching that same old reactionary Labour rubbish that I’ve heard for most of the last 50 years and a Rory Stewart sounding like the Leader Labour should have had!!!
Boris will be getting his Media friends to go into overdrive now watch for the smear campaigns from the dirty Tories .
Caroline Flints a civilian and tbh it’s mostly the media that were attracted to her she wasn’t a big player in the Labour Party anyway tbh. Rory Stewart sounded goods whilst not having any influence but was put in his place by the party and non of his policies were ever gonna get passed by them . The Tories were in power people could see the what they were and voted for them , well those in England and Wales anyway . I’m resigned now after the last few years of Tory and they still get in and with a larger majority and with Northern seats that the country wants this governance like a sado masochist . I’m envious of Scotland’s vision for the future and I don’t think they should be held back by the Bumbling Boris’s of this world and stuffy governance that puts pomp and circumstance of parliamentary procedure above the lies Of ministers whilst in office .
The Ireland border issue stems from the presence of the good Friday agreement, not that the EU borders NI. I can’t see an issue at all with Scotland, a hard border would be fine if required.
Aye, with uniforms too. Was it Pringle jumpers, with the colour denoting the gang. Now, what colour were the fleet again...?
It was knitted jerseys mate same designs but different colours to define different gangs. The Lochee Fleet, Douglas Toddy, Hilltown Huns, Kirkton Huns, Mid Craigie Mid, Fintry Shams, Beechwood Beechie Mob.
Nah there were two groups who were Huns. Came from 2 different parts of Dundee. The Hilltown Huns who came from the area by the football grounds and Kirkton Huns from the housing scheme Kirkton and they really were mental.
Be careful what you wish for...... Independence from the UK would cost Scotland’s economy up to three times as much in lost trade as Brexit will, according to analysis by the London School of Economics’ Centre for Economic Performance.
Probably unionist propaganda mate. I’m sure the pro independence people will be able to come out with a polar opposite set of figures. Anyway I’m willing to take that chance and around 55% of the voting public still are keen on independence. These scare stories will be banded about for around 8 weeks until the scottish elections. I’d say the establishment are scared.
