    Let’s hold on to Cauley and get a bloody good striker in! Not a bad signing in Herbie Kane. Hopefully boost our midfield. Just desperate for a goal scorer.

    I agree but I think our play has become to ponderous and that contributed to our lack of goals. I think we need to be more direct and the goals would come regardless.

    Good player but would prefer a more physical type striker. But if he came in and scored I wouldn't mind at all.

    Welsh international and has played a few times for the Liverpool first team. Seems to be more of an attacking midfielder than a striker, and definitely not the big strong target man we seem to be crying out for.

    Just asked a friend of mine who is obsessive about Liverpool and Woodmans primarily an attacking Left midfielder. Reckons he could be some player, but his confidence is low at the moment( didn't say why.)

    The last attacking left midfielder we got from Liverpool wasn’t bad, and the one before that went on to become a club legend.

    If I remember correctly he has spent the last two seasons out on loan and both were hindered by injuries. Only managed 18 appearances in the last 2 seasons. He has talent but be a risky one as he has had some recent injury issues.

    Seriously though, he was a bit young and raw when he played for us, he's matured a lot in the last few years

    I didn't like that the deal we had with Liverpool stipulated he played a percentage of games.
