Bahre, Miller and Adeboyedo etc- they’ve not left.

Am I right, that unless an emergency loan request is put in by another club for them, they’re with us until January? Unless released from contract?

What do you expect? Miller was signed along with Green as insurance should we not be promoted back to the Championship to fall back on in League 1. Styles and Jordan Williams probably were too but they turned out decent. You win some you lose some.

    That wasn’t my point.

I was checking their situation going forward - I’m sure the club would have liked to get them out on loan, but clearly not worked out. Some wages and numbers to carry now!

I still think Bahre and Miller to an extent could do something for us off the bench tbf.

I was vocal about Bahre still being part of the squad but now we’ve signed James and Kane his days really are numbered. Shame really.

Probably get slated for this loko. But I would have preferred to see Thiam part of the squad. Under a new manager. He may have. (or not have) thrived. Having been frozen out by Struber.

I'm not a fan of Bahre, I think hasn't shown anywhere near enough consistency to warrant a regular place in the squad. But with a new manager coming in, he has an opportunity to knuckle down and try and fight his way back into the first team.

I do wonder about his attitude though.

Re Miller. He was getting great praise from Struber during the close season. Haven’t we been trying him in a different position for the U23s ?

Didn't Thiams contract expire at the end of last season and wasn't offered a new one?

Believe so. Noticed he’s still a free agent according to wiki. Worth another look for me. Just feel he needed a boost of confidence rather than being seen as a bit part player by Struber.
Get him in to train to keep his fitness and rule an eye over him. Benefits both parties in my eyes. So much wanted him to succeed. A great talent on his day.

I’m still member number 1 of the Miller fan club. I’m waiting for someone to claim membership card 2.

I think Bahre on his day is our most talented midfielder, alongside styles. However, as others have stated, he lacks consistency. Still find it odd that he's been left to rot in u23's though. Hopefully given a chance under new manager if we can't get rid.

Won’t get slated by me. I think Thiam had a lot more to offer than he was given the chance to show. Many a game where we were crying out for someone who might do something different.

Hist fitness was unfairly questioned in my mind too.

Was more talking during Struber’s reign really than now. Whilst not our best player he offered us something off the bench we didn’t have. A right foot being one, but someone potentially capable of being unplayable for 20 minutes in the Number 10 role.
