    If true another underwhelming non achiever

    Sacked by Eintracht Braunschweig, admittedly in 5th place in the German 3rd division
    Fluthmann left his role as a coach and analyst with the Canaries a year ago to take on a job as a coach at Braunschweig, but was then promoted to head coach this summer after the club had finished 16th in 3 Liga.

    After a strong start to Fluthmann's reign, winning six of the opening seven games, Eintracht have won just one of their last eight and were held to a 1-1 draw at lowly Preussen Muenster last Monday.

    That has cost Fluthmann his job, despite signing a contract until 2021 when he was appointed. The 37-year-old had been working as an under-16 coach at Borussia Dortmund previously and followed Daniel Farke across to England in 2017.

    So he is really an analyst, assesses opposition players etc, has never managed a first team before Braunschweig and they are equivalent to L1 or top national League

    Depressing if that's the best that somebody at the club thinks is available :(:(

    I think the same about Ismael but whoever gets the gig I'll support until it becomes clear they don't know their arsehole from their elbow.
