Cracking place the Talbot, just had a cheap and cheerful meal at the Rockingham Arms in Wentworth, 40 quid 2 mains, a kids meal, 2 desserts, soft drinks and 3 pints of Chantry. As always well run adhering to covid regulations. Was busy which was a good sign. Will a shop tomorrow for Sunday lunch bits and bobs and I'll know doubt feel far less safe in the supermarket.

    Technically a pulse?

And there’s some confusing NHS guidance on how they count towards your 5 a day.

Only had one experience there and it wasn't a good one sadly. Duchess potatoes (i didnt realise they still did them like that anywhere) baked onto a red hot plate and a microwaved molten lava soup that had gone crusty round the edges from being so overheated. Not good. That was about 3-4 years ago now i reckon, so maybe it got better. I was driving so couldn't recall if the beer was any good from feedback.

I knew that beans and pulses counted towards your 5 a day, but didn't know that you should only count pulses once per day despite potentially having more than one portion.

So thank you for that, that's something else I've learned today :)
