    Some players benefit from knowing they're playing (in a none arrogant way). I think he might be one of them. I used to play better at Cricket if I knew whether I was opening the batting or dead batting at number nine for a losing draw.

    Would be equally happy with Schmidt or Simoes to be fair - Simoes might get the nod as slightly more mobile?

    I'd play Schmidt because I think not starting when the main striker is injured would be a massive kick in the teeth for him.

    I always used to enjoy Simon Davey saying players were out, and then the said player starting.

    Always used to keep the opponent guessing.

    I know Woodrow probably is out - but love it if he was in and we have a wind-up manager

    I wonder how close Aiden Marsh is to a first-team place?

    I don't follow the youth team all that closely, but he is supposed to be very highly-rated.

    Might he be trusted enough to get 20 minutes or so off the bench?

    I blame the board .....weve reached a dizzy height in the league now compared to the past and they have started panicking already ....by faking Woodrows injury pulling him out of the team ....scared stiff we are out of the bottom 3 and wont go down this season...
