That’s what President Clinton said about Monica Lewnski. President of USA must be one of the top ranking people in the world. But he was a Lying t*at!

do you agree with years upon years of historical oppression because 1 human is a different colour to another?

Early voting in Texas has now eclipsed TOTAL voting in 2016. Not looking good for old Trumpy.

Nobody I've ever met in my entire life has suggested that oppression is a a good thing. Yet a fair few of those individuals happen to be right of centre in their views. This is overwhelmingly your (and the left's) problem - you have so few rational answers to any of todays issues that you instead resort to talking nonsensically about oppression and tyranny, and the vast majority just 'tune out'. Still, the unrepresentative BBS is a perfect refuge for the disaffected minority, and here you are.

Do you have a link to this, and the definitive stats that confirm the republican vote is suffering?

Obviously the turnout % is still lower than the 2016 total, but in terms of number of votes it's eclipsed.

There's no counted votes yet, but high turnout is never positive for Republicans as a general rule. Not saying that they're going to lose Texas, but in 2018 the senate election was pushed very close by the democrat challenger. That seems to have incentivised democrats in the state to not believe their vote is wasted.

Could it have incentivised the Republican voters to get out and vote as they realise their vote matters as well? Rather than just being a shoe-in?

Could well have. It's looking like record turnouts country wide this year. There was over 100 million that didn't vote in 2016.

Seriously, if the left's bullshine narrative this time is that this is the year the silent majority decide to have their say, you lot should be very afraid.

I mean I said no, but explained why it's not looking positive for Trump.

Increase in turnout is generally believed by all that study recent electoral patterns to be favourable to Democrats. This is due to non-voters on average leaning Democrat, or leaning against Republican is probably the better phrase. I'm not saying it's guaranteed, but it's looking increasingly unlikely that Trump wins. The most likely outcome right now is the Dems to take the Senate, Hold the House and Gain the Presidency, with a roughly 67% chance of all 3 events happening.

You shouldn't ever start a sentence this way unless you're an uneducated 10 year old.

My 1am grammar is fine. Just playing you lot at your own game - not nice is it? So just think on next time you're all piling on to your latest 'victim'. As if you could.

People always assume that Texas is absolutely huge but in reality it's a fraction over the size of france. Doesn't alter your point or anything but like you I find the sizes of states quite interesting

"you lot" - Who is "you lot"?

I have my own views, I don't align with anyone else for any reason other than they have a similar view to me on a specific topic.
I've had arguments on here with people from across the political spectrum. I don't support or deride any politician, person, poster on here etc or political viewpoint purely due to where they sit on a linear 'left - right' scale.

Why is that? I despise Trump because of his abhorrent views and ideals on a personal and political level, nothing to do with where he sits on some arbitrary scale.
I happen to agree with many right-wing policies, especially when it comes to economics (and I've argued about them over the years on here with other posters that I would agree with on many topics), but It's not enough for me to overlook what I view as abhorrent social policy by the majority of prominent right-wing parties.

The truth is that there's no political party anywhere in the world that epitomises my views.

I'm moved by how balanced you are - what makes Biden unelectable scum?

I don’t particularly like Biden, but I think he’s a million times better than Trump. His speech at Gettysburg a few weeks ago was very good.

Just the fact that he’s able to go a day without almost starting world war 3 on Twitter is going to be a big improvement.

There’s a lot about Biden that isn’t good. He’s not progressive enough on a lot of issues - healthcare, fracking, climate change, but he’s a lot better than Trump on all these fronts. Personally I thought Sanders was the best person for the job out of all the primary candidates, and Pete Buttigieg was pretty good also. I’d have supported any of the democratic candidates over Trump though, with the exception of maybe Bloomberg, in which case I’d have just given up on America I think.
