Two teams who have won 2, drawn 4 and lost 3. Both have conceded 10 goals, however we've managed to score one more, which is why we're two places above them. Cardiff are yet to win at home this season, whereas we're yet to win away. Our record at the Cardiff City Stadium is, won 2, drawn 2, lost 3. I feel like a draw is the most likely result. The opinion of Cardiff is that they don't look too bad up front, but lack bite in midfield, and are prone to defensive lapses. This is in contrast to us, who are starting to look strong in the middle of the park, ironing out the defensive errors, but powder puff up front. I think a draw is a likely result for this one. 0-0 Edit: probably worth pointing out, whilst we have an almost identical record this season, our results appear to be improving, whilst Cardiff's are worsening. We're the form team.
Got 0-0 written all over it hasnt it though it could get nicked by one side or the other. if I had to pick a score it would be 0-0 though
Hoping we can sneak a 1-0 away win, I think a few positive results in upcoming matches against Cardiff, Derby and Forest and we'll set the tone for a decent season away from the relegation trapdoor.
Sadly, it's the weeks where we have a run of games that on paper we feel we can do well in that we tend to slip. Stoke, Luton and Wigan last season spring to mind in contrast to beating Forest and Brentford.
I hate playing Cardiff, they always seem to shithouse results against us, especially at Oakwell. We do tend to do better against them away though so hopefully that will stand true tonight. Identical records = 1-1 prediction
I can't help feeling that 0-0 would still count as us nicking something. But I'll go with an utterly stupid, hopelessly optimistic 1-0 win for The Reds.
I'm going for a crappy 1-1 with us succumbing late on and managing to hold out as they push for a winner.
Soon as I've done George his milk tonight on the Strongbow and a Chicago town pepperoni pizza with Chicken strips.
