I like him- strong player and looks comfortable on ghe ball. That three at the back have gelled really quickly - think Sollbauer is the key player in there. He reminds me a lot of Stephen Foster
I blame OP kissing Helik's arse passing platitudes straight before a game. He was at fault for both goals. It was nailed on. If anything I've proven Kama and jinxes do exist.
Whilst I think he shows promise, I don't agree with the OP that he's done his job very, very well so far. I thought he was fantastic at Boro in the Carabou cup, unlucky to be sent off at Reading, made a silly challenge to give away the free kick which led to Boro's first goal in the league, didn't compete well enough for Cooper's header at Millwall and dived in unnecessarily to try to intercept a through ball for Stoke's first goal. Tonight he didn't need to try to win in front of Hoilett but he just had to head it away if he stepped in front. And then it was a poor, late challenge for the penalty. For the avoidance of doubt, he's also done some very good things but being more than partially responsible for 5 goals conceded in the first 10 games doesn't suggest he's been great. I think he has potential but he needs to improve, concentrate more and make less mistakes in the Championship. As an aside, I was very disappointed tonight at how poorly our three big defenders competed against Moore and Glatzel. The likes of Winny, Pat Howard, Mick McCarthy, Ian Evans, Larry May, Paul Futcher, Gerry Taggart, Stephen Foster, Darren Moore, Antony Kay, Chris Morgan (and I'm sure there are many others didn't come to my mind) would have been very disappointed about not imposing themselves sufficiently on their opponent - in fact I'm confident they wouldn't have allowed it to happen. More application and bottle needed please Messrs Helik, Andersen and to a lesser extent Sollbauer.
Only player that put his head in where it hurts tonight was Schmidt with the header that won the corner that introduced Adeboyejo.
