The first thing I bought was Now 1993 - first track was Freddie Mercury and Livin' On My Own

First "proper" album I think was Morning Glory. I spent most of my time taking the Top 40 off the radio.

    Happy days.

My Dad had a work colleague who was getting married. Went with her fiance to see the Vicar, who quoted them for various aspects of the service, including ringing the bells. Said the laddo, "Christ! Who's playing them? Mike Oldfield?" Vicar none too impressed! :)

Led Zeppelin II. And nearly 50 years later, it remains (in my opinion) the best.

:D:D....you’d be surprised mate, I’ve played Glasvegas more than Springsteen of late,
I bet you thought Bossman came from my love of Springsteen didn’t ya?

I got a record player for Christmas in 1971 and The Beatles "Abbey Road" with it. The first record I bought was Argent's "Hold your head up" EP. I think the first Album I bought was "Sargent Pepper".
