    I've just watched the short video of the ad and my first reaction was that it made me smile. I'm not sure why, it just did.

    What does fill me with great sadness is not that there are people out there who make comments as they have and will plead that they absolutely aren't racists, but that I now fully expect them. That they are now "normal" and typical.
