Two games in a row I’ve made the same mistake in registering for the home game when I’ve already got my code I’ve pressed to pay and It’s cost me £20 now - my own fault I know. Didn’t bother claiming it back last time as it seemed a big faff. Question is how easy is it to get it back and am I better waiting until after the game so that I don’t threaten not getting the game tomorrow. I’d gladly gift the money to someone who can’t see the game if if I could due to my own stupidity!
I'd email them, before the game. I've done the same (although I didn't claim the money back either). I emailed them about my parents having issues getting the game on after the Derby game and they were pretty quick to reply.
It’s easy to get your money back, but they should look into the system as there must be thousands who make the same mistake every match day and end up paying

Email them now. They replied to me on Sunday night when I did the same thing and they got back to me the same night surprisingly. Just attach the email the club send with your code on.
I had this happen a while back. Got my money back after a week or so. Pretty straight forward in reality
