    Fair comment. Do you look at the other clubs in and around us and cast a jealous eye at their squads? I don’t. I probably wouldn’t swap our squad or manager with any other club in the bottom 6 and I would add Preston and Barnsley to that yet they appear to be getting more bang for their buck.

    That's definitely the stupidest comment I've read this week. If they had our squad and manager, they'd be 4 points better off for a start.

    It gets better, one of them further down agrees with him, and says their only problem is they've been a little light in midfield since the play off final. THAT WAS 4 AND A HALF YEARS AGO!

    I think their problem is for years they had way too many big earners on long term contracts so the team got stale and predictable. Finally a few of them were out of contract for the first time in years and Monk was able to rebuild a team under more reasonable wages with fresh faces. But the owner who rips off his fans and put the club in bother with FFP lost patience after five minutes and replaced with the most dour manager in Football who it wouldn't be a shock if he didn't see out this season.
